Our middle schoolers engaged in a SEL journey with a focus on respect & dignity and some solid advice from Swope Health on healthy habits! Plus, we celebrated two weeks of students making strides in academics, meeting class expectations, and showing up consistently! Hickman Mills C-1 School District

Self-care in action! During my recent NYC trip, I helped my daughters prep for NYU, shopped, had tea & crumpets, & explored the city. I also enjoyed downtime at my oldest daughter's Manhattan apartment. After 25+ years in education, I’m finally embracing self-care without guilt.
