In #Detroit, U.S. District Judge Denise Page Hood isn't treating Robert F. Kennedy, Jr's longshot Tuesday night request for an injunction against the printing of MI's presidential ballots with any great urgency. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson just filed her response.

The judge has scheduled a hearing in this case for 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
