From the start my Administration set out on a goal to make Philadelphia the Safest, Cleanest, Greenest, big city in the nation.    So far this Summer, the PHL Office of Clean and Green Initiatives has cleaned 14,000 city blocks, 5,000 vacant lots, removed 1,500 abandoned vehicles, and much more.

Coming soon, Center City District with support from Rittenhouse Row, will bring ‘Open Streets’ to West Walnut every Sunday from September 8 through September 29. Pedestrians are invited to stroll, shop and socialize on nearly seven blocks of car-free space. Visit: centercityphila.org/openstreets
