Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services announced, without real consultation, 2.1% pay award for their staff. The Government have accepted a 5.5% pay award from 01 April 2024 as the Pay Review Body's recommended it. DSFS should honour this pay award for it's staff.

Bosses are threatening to OUTSOURCE these NHS workers. That means WORSE sick pay, holiday, and wages - for the same work. But they’re fighting back.
