My pet insurance has gone up from £20 per dog per month to £37 . We have 3 dogs, I phoned them and it went like this. Me “Hello you’ve increased my pet insurance by quite a lot” Lady “Oh yes that is quite an increase, can I help you with anything else Me YES CANCEL IT! Xx
