Can anyone offer a recommendation for a data repository site that is acceptable to journals that require linking to data associated with papers? I’m seeing Zenodo, Dryad, and figshare, which look fairly comparable. Is it a matter of just picking one, or are there pros/cons?

Anyone used the Wiley preprint service “Under Review” (Authorea)? Allows citing of article prior to peer review, which seems counter to the purpose of peer rev! Also, enables comments from public, but “doesn’t affect review process.” Not sure the purpose, therefore. Thoughts?
