We've worked with the Our Voice network to create a new easy-read resource about learning disability annual health checks. It takes you through the whole process and also includes some top tips from members of Our Voice.

All disability need to have a voice for them self. I am more than welcome to talk about any think 🤔, like to help them to be out and about doing lovely things, and also have there health check, there is an app for that with they do wanted to talk to the GBS, there am app.

Be to St Clears today, To get some business to sign up to the directory, then we headed back to Carmarthen, we are based in Carmarthen. We went and got some lunch before head back to the office.
