The government's guideline on disability was "intended" to teach proper communication surrounding disability. Instead it is an abled person's view of disability and welcomes mockery. Disabled people knew this was going to happen and that's why we spoke out.

Being chronically ill dismantled a lot of the trust I had for medical professionals. I do still think medical professionals are so important, but it’s sad that in general they don’t typically do enough for chronically ill/disabled patients. We are gaslit, disbelieved, & neglected
