Dr Dr Kesewa John, convenor of MA Black British History, has not even been in post a full year & now faces redundancy along with the collapse of this vital course. Goldsmiths, University of London management Shame on you. mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/u… Pls sign & amplify the petition: change.org/p/save-black-b…

When I was at the Institute of the Americas, Kesewa was one of my tutors - she was always majorly supportive and willing to give feedback at a moments notice (not to mention her talents as a scholar) - what is happening at goldsmiths is a blatant injustice !

It’s my first ever live podcast show this Sunday. I’ll be in conversation with the incredible Dr Jade Bentil. I’m every emotion between excited & nervous, but really looking forward to doing the show somewhere other than at my ikea desk in my bedroom. 🎟️ kingsplace.co.uk/whats-on/words…
