We enjoyed musical exercises with Paul on Saturday morning, followed by flower arranging and a game of 'What's In The Box' in the afternoon! 🤔📦

Our Residents enjoyed watching the Live Church Service from St James Church yesterday morning, before taking part in a music quiz and a craft afternoon. 🎨

Yesterday we got ready for Halloween, putting up our bat decorations! In the afternoon we painted nails 💅, read poems, enjoyed a sing a long and a short quiz!

Following our keep fit session yesterday, we had a lovely Holy Communion before a game of dominoes and a natter.

We had a lovely morning at Tong Garden Centre this morning. It was great to get into the early Christmas spirit by looking at all the decorations for sale! 🎄⛄❄️🎁

Our brilliant Kitchen Team have been at it again Springbank Care Home! Saturday's menu consisted of Chilli and Rice, Pie and Peas, followed by Caramel Apple Crumble, and Hot Dogs for dinner! 🍽️ 🥧 🌭 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

On Sunday Springbank Care Home, Residents enjoyed Yorkshire Parkin, followed by a Buffet Tea with a Selection of Sandwiches, Mini Quiche, Pork Pies and Pizza Catherine Wheels.

Surrounded by ancient woodland, Ghyll Royd Care Home combines the luxury of a custom-built home with the grounds of an old house. Ghyll Royd offers residents Residential Dementia Care, General Nursing Care, Dementia Nursing Care and Complex Care, all under one roof.

We hope everyone had a fantastic time at our Staff Wellbeing Hub launch events today! Staff and residents took part in various activities, ranging from Laughing Yoga to Wellbeing Pilates, and from Inspirational Talks to Hydration Stations! 🧘
