It may not seem like it, but I'm actually a bit shy, so it gets hard for me to make comments on people's posts even when I really want to, not because I'm snobby. I especially like to try to hype up small artists/pages because I want to see them succeed, but again, the shyness 😕

I can't remember where I found this, but... Fitness changed my life for the better. During some really dark times, lifting weights helped keep my mind sane. I keep on going because of the positive impact it has had on my mental health.
