📃 Palestinian human rights organisations, PCHR, Al-Haq الحق , and Al-Mezan الميزان , welcome the historic ruling of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) concerning Israel’s actions and policies in the OPT. Among other things, the CIJ_ICJ , in its Advisory Opinion, found that
.Senator Penny Wong’s statement on ICJ’s AO on Israel’s illegal occupation only scratches the surface. Wong only speaks of illegal settlements & visa bans against violent settlers. The list of measures Australia needs to take against Israel to comply w/its obligations is numerous:👇
