Hard to believe it's 10 years since people started complaining that there was a bunch of U2 songs on their iPods. πŸ˜„ #SongsOfInnocence

Considering that the surprise drop on spotify became the norm shortly after, U2 deserve some credit for anticipating where things were going. The distribution apparatus for that kind of release just wasn't fleshed out when they did it. I really believe it was ahead of its time.

The day after U2's incredible 9/11 tribute at Super Bowl XXXVI, NFL executive, John Collins, got a note from Paul McGuinness. It read, "I almost feel sorry for whoever’s next." πŸ˜”πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

The main reactions I used to get when I told people how to remove Songs of Innocence: 1. Gratitude 2. Rage 3. Mistrust 4. Abuse
