Utah National Guard confirms that one of its AH-64D Apache Longbow Helicopters was involved in a training accident at approximately 1:20 p.m. The helicopter accident occurred at the West Jordan Army Aviation Support Facility. Fire and police departments are on scene.

No loss of life, 2 pilots in aircraft being treated by medical personnel.

Both pilots reported in stable condition, being transported to the Hospital.

A team from the Army Combat Readiness Center (CRC) is scheduled to arrive tomorrow to begin investigating this AH-64D incident. These investigations can take up to 90 days to complete.
