I learned to bake sweet things from one of Sue Lawrence’s books. (ON BAKING) which not only taught me how to make polenta cake, soufflé pancakes & other delights but spoke of baking as an act of generosity. To any bakers near Linlithgow, this event with Sue sounds a must.
