1/3 At Jigsaw, we’ve explored how prebunking can increase online resilience by helping people spot manipulation techniques. Building on this, we launched a German prebunking video campaign to empower audiences by exposing these techniques. medium.com/jigsaw/prebunk…

2/3 The outcome? Our most successful prebunking campaign yet! On average, viewers were 5.4% better at recognizing manipulation techniques, with over 1.1M Germans now better equipped to spot manipulation.

3/3 Notably, younger audiences (under 34) saw a remarkable 10.8% increase in their ability to spot misinformation techniques! We hope these results encourage similar efforts across the globe and empower internet users to detect online manipulation.
