Without emergency radiology promotion you have less senior faculty, less mentorship, poorer career trajectories, fewer fellows and ultimately a lack of junior faculty. Vicious cycle. Affects afterhours ER coverage in academic centers. Must change. American Society of Emergency Radiology | ASER
