Update on the #Article6o4 Supervisory Body Meeting - Many delegates continue to prioritize fear of people having frivolous claims over the needs of impacted communities #accesstojustice . This doesn't look good for #carbonjustice or #humanrights .

Allowing observers to intervene in the flow of the conversation, rather than being relegated to the end just before the Board takes a decision, is really key to enable effective & useful participation. Appreciate the #LossAndDamage Fund Board for implementing this practice today.
