What this means of course is that other parties voted for Green policies. Both of these were on track to be delivered because of the role Greens played in Government. It would be absurd to vote to scrap them now.

This is the opposite of the just transition that is needed for Grangemouth. A lot of people will be devastated, angry and extremely worried about what will happen next. I am too, I feel the same. The workers and the community deserve better.

This is interesting. The advocate general suggests that the right to rectification under GDPR means public authorities may need to correct the gender markers of trans people notwithstanding the lack of such recognition under domestic law.

Grangemouth closing before workers have a viable alternative would be a betrayal of every promise made of a just transition, and the burden now lies upon the Scottish Government and Westminster to ensure that this does not happen. Take the sign, invest in clean energy's future.
