We discussed accelerating 🇲🇪 #Montenegro ’s economic growth and the country’s 🇪🇺 #EU accession path.

We continue to work together closely to promote regional cooperation through our #GrowthPlan for the Western Balkans.

Today’s positive assessment by the European Commission of the #Ukraine Plan is a key step forward!

Once adopted by the EU Council, it allows for regular payments under our🇪🇺 €50 billion #Ukraine Facility aimed at supporting #Ukraine ’s economic recovery & 🇺🇦 citizens.

For the next 4 years the #Ukraine Plan, a comprehensive reform & investment strategy, paves the way for implementing investments in key sectors of energy, transport or business as part of the recovery, modernisation, reconstruction efforts of #EU .

Our assessment is positive.

Ukraine's reform & investment strategy offers a solid basis for a more modern, prosperous Ukraine, on its EU path.

The European Commission's endorsement of the Ukraine Plan today is a big step forward.
