Was happy that upon the invitation the Agency's work was presented and discussed with newly elected 🇪🇺 MEPs at LIBE Committee Press, with an emphasis on the Agency’s support for implementing the Pact. Key insights from #AsylumReport2024 and the EUAA’s #JHAAN Presidency were also shared.

Our work extends beyond 🇪🇺. By collaborating w/ non-🇪🇺 states, we help strengthen asylum systems & create safe environments for those seeking protection. We met 🌎 diplomatic representations in Brussels to present our work & discuss how our initiatives can be further developed.

To bolster the resilience & adaptability of 🇪🇺 asylum systems, the EUAA is enhancing its toolbox. EUAA Management briefed diplomatic officials in Brussels on our role in supporting Member States' evolving asylum and reception needs, as well as ongoing preparations on the Pact.
