Our latest manuscript of glial-derived neurogenesis in mammalian retina is out. We can now turn essentially all Muller glia into neurons by disrupting Nfia/b/x and Rbpj, maintain glial numbers with AAV-Yap5SA, and even make a few rod photoreceptors./1 science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…
