they will cut into the bone and then they will cut deeper than that. Local news is on its last legs. I don’t know what the solution is (for me it’s community owned co-op news outlets) but i can tell you it’s not this ⬇️

it's been one month since we've received our layoff notices. we're (virtually) meeting with Josh O'Connor this afternoon for our fourth bargaining session.

This is true. The Herald has had solid reporting across time. I hope they are able to come back to full strength soon.
