Absolutely fantastic tonight Kilmarnock FC . To a man we were outstanding. Players clearly playing for manager. Once the front 2 get a goal they will start flying in. Donnelly and Polworth were unbelievable. Same again Saturday please.

Absolutely no idea where to start with that today. Powers time is done, Polworth is totally ineffective when he plays. Why are we so negative and heartless away from home Kilmarnock FC . Getting harder to keep forking out each week.

And another thing, the standard of refereeing needs looked at. That boy today was absolutely horrendous. Wouldn’t have changed any result but the inconsistencies in offsides, shirt pulling and elbowing people in the face is a riot

Coaching youth football is like a full time job. Phone hasn’t stopped all day. Well worth it though with the 2 performances my wee stars managed to deliver this week.

Recently been sent this and it absolutely hits home with me. Too many grassroots coaches get lost in the game. We have responsibilities to help each child that walks through our door develop. Especially in non competitive parts of the pathway. #teamgrassroots

I got to training early tonight and watched some of the younger age group sessions and I was gobsmacked at what I was watching. 8 year old kids being taught 40 yard passes. Wtf 🤬. Give them a ball and let them play and have fun #rantover
