We need less #polystyrene in the UK! Too many places still sell chips etc. in polystyrene, not to mention all the polystyrene #Easter eggs ‘for craft projects’ in the supermarkets this time of year. There are quite a few greener alternatives.

Saw the other day Sainsbury's has ”committed to remove all black plastic packaging from own-brand products by March 2020” Their CEO is talking the talk but they need to act now. WHY are your pizzas on black poly trays, Sainsbury’s?

In May Boots sent me an online order in cardboard, saying they were ‘making an effort to reduce plastic packaging’. Today: product in small cardboard box delivered inside huge plastic bag. Not progress! Why not stick the address label straight on the box? #ExcessPackaging

Hey Sainsbury's why do your 'eco' refills so often get sold at a stupid price which is more £ per gram than the big glass jars? No incentive to choose the option with less #packaging Refills should always be cheaper than the alternative, they cost you less to transport after all!
