In 2001 I stepped into NHS United Lincs as a housekeeper. Never did I think 22 years later I’d be finishing my first week in ULHT Finance after taking up the challenge of driving forward efficiencies for our patients. 🤯

It’s taken 109 days in my new role, but it finally happened. Today I got told I don’t care about the patients and I only care about money. I knew the day would come, it was a cheap shot to counteract challenge I was giving, but I didn’t expect it to make me so angry. #incivility
