Going on: Agricultural Climate Resilience Enhancement Initiative #ACREI project dissemination workshop in Addis Ababa. The regional project, under Food and Agriculture Organization leadership in collaboration with Ministry of Agriculture Ethiopia Adaptation Fund World Meteorological Organization @IGAD, has recorded achievements worth scaling up across 🇪🇹.

Through #ACREI proj., 20 #FFS groups (640 members) established in Oromia. Following their success, Ministry of Agriculture Ethiopia established 7 in Benishangul, Sidama, Central Ethiopia, South Ethiopia & South West Ethiopia with 32 more planned for next year including Amhara, Tigray & Oromia regs.

To replicate the success of #FFS approach in agric., Food and Agriculture Organization jica & SNV World provided technical & financial support to @MoA_eTHIOPIA in the preparation of the National Farmer Field School Guideline, now translated into Amharic to enable its use by farmer groups across the country.
