FAWE-ETHIOPIA held pre-launch activities today. The delegation from FAWE RS had a courtesy visit to the FAWE Ethiopia office, hosted by General Wingate Poly Technique College for learning and experience sharing, and met with alumni of Phase I program from four regions.

"From August 31st to September 1st, FAWE Rwanda hosted a workshop with career counselors from the University of Rwanda, INES Ruhengeri, and alumni mentors. The focus was on sharing experiences, best practices, and lessons learned to help scholars make informed career choices.

The workshop highlighted the effectiveness of involving scholars in decision-making and peer-to-peer learning. It also led to an action plan for supporting scholars and alumni in exploring employment and self-employment opportunities, emphasizing collaboration among counselors.
