IMO the Climate Change Advisory Council Ireland approach to emissions reductions in the AG & LU sectors is just Teagasc & Forest Service policies which entrench BAU with some tokenistic tinkering around the edges. Unless the onus is on the most polluting sectors to change there won’t be a Just Transition.
