Drink water upon waking to rehydrate the body after sleep. Drink water before & after meals to increase fullness. Don't drink water with meals to slow down eating. Drink water between meals instead of snacking. This is called the Water Method. Do this every day to get lean.

I don’t believe meat is bad for you. I don’t believe carbs are bad for you. I don’t even believe sugar is bad for you. The only time they become “bad” is when they are over consumed.
