Olivia Pichardo has played for the USA Baseball Women's National Team. Off the field, she's interned in the New York Mets' amateur scouting department. She walked-on the baseball team at Brown — and today became the first woman on an active NCAA DI baseball roster in history.

My goal is that when they leave here, they're able to hold themselves to that standard of excellence and not settle for less than what they're capable of. That lives on forever because wherever they go in life, they can help others get there too. Kara Lawson on standards:
