We filled the 1st casks of our unique “oatmeal cookie” whiskey, a spirit distilled from a mixing of grape and oat low wines. It’s utterly delicious, w/a rich, buttered popcorn & oat essence & spiced grape character. It’s sweet, like biting into a warm oatmeal cookie with raisins.

Beautiful new French oak barriques, freshly-steamed & ready for arrival of a shipment of Malbec from Argentina. In 2019, we entered into a collaborative partnership w/the Hoffmann family in CA to acquire prized Malbec wines produced from their Lujan de Cuyo vineyard in Mendoza.

Just in time for a Fall release - an all-organic, Blue Corn, Soured Mash Bourbon whiskey aged in charred American oak casks for 2 years & finished in maple syrup barrels for 6 months. It's aromatic with beautiful maple & rich, delicious caramel, maple sugar and buttercream notes.

Block 2 (Willcox, AZ). We combine our earthy low acid Marsanne wines with Viognier & Grenache Blanc to produce balanced, aromatic white blends. The grape is indigenous to the Northern Rhone region of France & thrives in SE AZ’s dry, high altitude desert microclimate. #azwine
