This year the Cardiff Metropolitan University Nutrition and Dietetics at Cardiff Met student dietitians have been part of @Foodandfuncdiff Food and Fun Wales in CAVUHB. This unique experience has given them the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in public health dietetics Cardiff and Vale Nutrition and Dietetics British Dietetic Association

We’re having so much fun sewing our designs🧵, playing tennis🎾, sorting foods into the correct groups🍎, learning a brand new language - Greek🇬🇷 and helping Mrs Mizon in the garden, we even picked some beans to take home🫛 WLGA Newport City Council Welsh Government Education Food and Fun Wales

Day 7 of Food and Fun Wales and we have had a great day making healthier pizzas! We made sure we included at least one portion of fruit or veg, a dairy product, carbohydrate and a source of protein. Mae e'n flasus!

The saying time flies when you're having fun is absolutely true! The past four weeks have flown by! For our last Food and Fun Wales session the pupils chose football, tennis puzzles, mindfulness,arts and crafts and gardening.
