Last Friday, we celebrated the completion of our new volunteer center in Fairfield! Thank you to all the supporters who were able to come out and see this in person! 🎉

You Saved Market Match! 🎉 We asked-you acted! #MarketMatch, a program that gives #CalFresh recipients extra money to spend on fresh produce at farmers’ market, was in danger due to state budget cuts. Because of hunger fighters like you, funding for Market Match is a go!

On July 16, we hosted Rep. Mike Thompson at our Fairfield Warehouse to showcase our incredible new volunteer center. He heard from our dedicated community advocates share their hunger stories as we discussed the importance of a Farm Bill that that protects CalFresh and TEFAP funding.

We unveiled our newly improved Volunteer Center in Concord! These improvements were made possible thanks to a grant, and will not only help make a positive impact on our community! Thank you again Steve Glazer and everyone who was able to join us during this celebration!
