WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT 🥳 Due to #KidneyDisease this is the first time since 2019 that Charlie has attended an end of year assembly. He is justifiably feeling very proud, & so are we ❤️ Life on #dialysis is hard, but we've had another year together, & for that, we are grateful ❤️

I've silently been dealing with my own health issues for the past yr. Which, due to caring commitments, have escalated, resulting in further complications. My consultant has a plan in place 🤞 If I have a meeting with you, I am 'in the room' & I am listening, I'm just struggling.
