A 4-kilo newborn with lymphedema of lower limbs, ascites, and low albumin. Very small lymph nodes, but we managed to access them and get this #CTlymphangiography: severe dilation of the central lymphatic ducts. Likely obstructed at the right subclavian vein where the TD drains
