We were ahead of our time when we implemented the 5 facets of fitness in NTC/NTC app (mindfulness, nutrition, training, recovery, sleep) 5+ yrs ago. As more fitness studios turn into apparel/collection retailers, not surprised that this is the next evolution of Nike/NTC & NRC.
