The attitude expressed by retired anaesthetist Dr Hilton in The Times and The Sunday Times is totally unacceptable.
People affected deserve compassion, justice and commitment to zero tolerance from their employers & colleagues. We must do everything we can to eradicate these attitudes & behaviours.
