What sort of bar are you running them on? Dry, liquid, or nh3?

Best NH3 running gear to use when strip tilling?

If I went gas over 32% this seems to be the most common running gear. Anybody out there using something different?

IF going all liquid for N on corn, would you rather buy a 50k tractor and 15k pull behind sprayer and set it up with Y drops, then be able to use the tractor the other 11 months of the year

I have seen more fields planted without autosteer in west central Iowa in the last 20 minutes, than I have in the past three years in Missouri combined.

Whole lotta fields planted, haven’t seen any emerged yet. Dirt is as black as Folgers coffee grounds

Lotta windshield time this week! Had a strong push the past few days. 100% of the burndown is done. Getting close to the 50% mark on planting. Tons of beans gonna get a cold drink this weekend. 0% planted on corn.

This was one of the first farms I cash rented. It took a day and a half planting it with a 1066 and John Deere 7000 six row planter. Now we’re doing 45 acres an hour. Life is awesome!
