Pathetic experience with Airtel.... Customer Care Center at Panaji Goa is not at all concerned about customer needs. They do not co-operate even during critical time when someone has lost their mobile. No wonder why Airtel is losing its customers and the No. 1 position.

BSNL LAND LINE NO. 0832-2436431 and 0832-2234567 not working. Complaint not attended for last 10 days, and simply system generated msg. forwarded that the complainant resolved, without checking the phone line BSNL India
