I find the fake panel covering the mosaics to be odd.

I really don’t see how Chora is well-suited as a mosque. It looks cramped and like the layout isn’t ideal.

It’s sad it was re-converted purely to be a symbolic cultural trophy, it would be far better being purely a museum.
