Is it possible that we are mistakenly confusing involvement in a family's life as support? When in fact, it becomes an overwhelming and consuming web of project management. Parents deal with the problems the system provides rather than their child. #KPI #livedexperience

For those fortunate folks with no need to become embroiled in our special needs system, the core issue is that families in crisis discover that a system supposed to support them all too often turns into a nightmarish confrontation against a cash-strapped & uncaring bureaucracy
