Dram 2, the finish is short, but bold. It leaves a numbing like when you eat sichuan peppercorns. Overall, I'm going to go big and say this is both mad and highly drinkable. I give it a 5. #BlindDrams

3N Wood, gloss varnish, acetone, sherry notes, rum and raisin, chocolate, a bit weird/strange, high abv (61%?) #BlindDrams

3P Prunes, espresso coffee syrup, glucose, barley sugar, five spice, Virgin oak, sultanas soaked in sherry, treacle, water helps but it’s still a bit weird. #BlindDrams

3F Dram 3 started interesting, weird but interesting. Finish doesn’t improve, feels a bit deflated after an interesting nose and palate. #BlindDrams

3 Score Hard call here. It’s a 2 or a 3. It’s better than dram 1 but not by a full point. So sadly it’s a 2. #BlindDrams

4N Loads of minerality, salty, coastal, beach pebbles, kippers, grilled lemon, tropical fruits, light peat, very inviting #BlindDrams
