Pleased to run a workshop on data collection in Tirana this week with City of Tirana and The Relationship Center 🌱🌱 Qendra Marrëdhënie, so that we can measure the impact of their Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Cycling Infrastructure (BICI) project.

Sometimes its not about high budget availability. With minimal budget we can make road design alterations like painting priority junctions and get positive impact to road safety.
