the sky descends a slight mist a soft wind kissing my skin where you been, baby? I missed you you were gone so long like that song says “the darkness and the silence surround me” like a world gone wrong you come to me and let me feel like I belong and I am filled with you

Soul Nesting #SoulNestingChat A2: When I was in the Navy, some evolutions needed to be done in a specific sequence, therefore we used checklists to make sure we followed the sequence as required. The main difference is what one can remember.

Q10. Inspiration: We want a checklist of things to do to connect with God, but there is no checklist. God is us, everyone, and everything. We are never separate from God. #SoulNestingChat

Soul Nesting #SoulNestingChat A6 I don't know about me having lists, but apparently, God does. (Even though God doesn't forget): You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book. Psalm 56:8

How can you expect to manifest goodness in the world, including for yourself, when you live in fear and allow fear to rule you? You reap what you sow. What you do collectively matters a great deal. More than you can imagine. #manifestation

When I was sent to McLean Psych Hospital at age 18, all I felt was shame. I didn't care that Sylvia Plath, Anne Sexton, and Robert Lowell had been there. 4 years later, I graduated from Harvard. Their poems helped me get there. It's my turn to say mental illness is not a stigma.
