Time for a good news📣! Together with Biofabrikation, we have received an OPUS Narodowe Centrum Nauki grant to work at Politechnika Śląska on addressing the challenges of interfacial tissue engineering. I am looking forward to this exciting collaboration🧠🧠!

Yesterday, I said 'goodbye' to the horse that knew everything about bioprinting, practiced with me many talks, and helped in writing many proposals. As a scientist, I find it so difficult to accept that ' there was nothing more that could be done'.

I am so proud of my Group! We got an Award of the Dean of Politechnika Śląska for creating our excellent international Team. It is a pleasure and inspiration to work with such a diverse group.

We are having a wonderful time at the Polish Conference on Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering in Łódź. Taking inspiration from Prof. Gelinsky.

Today is a sad day for the spanish and european polymer comunity. One of worldwide leaders Prof. Julio San Román has left us orphans. He was an excellent mentor and he was always generous with everybody that needed his help!! Rest in peace Julio and thanks for everything you did!

So many thanks to my PhD Students for the nomination for Supervisor of the Year. It is such a pleasure to work with you.

Frendion Marchena did an outstanding job during his internship with Magdalena Gładysz in our Biofabrication group. He utilized melt electrowriting in a study focused on glaucoma mechanics. A much deserved nomination for Henk Pijlman Innovation prize Hanze .

What a nice beginning of the summer! Three😮 University grants Politechnika Śląska for groundbreaking research going to our Biofabrication and Bio-instructive Materials Group. I am very proud to work with such an amazing Team🎊🎊🎉!
