Fascinating to see how dramatically the AI conversation has changed over the last year. Many of those calling for restraint are out of the conversation. It's now largely a company level discussion - researchers come and go, but they are essentially place holders.

Higher education has been slow to respond to AI in a meaningful way at the course/learning level (i.e. a solution that is not simply including a chatbot). This is a promising development by Andrej Karpathy .
