I can't believe I'm quitting smoking not using hypnosis. Like objectively that's hilarious. Do you know how many people at cons have said to me "you know, hypnosis could help you quit"? Do you know how often boyfriend has joked about replacing it with another oral addiction?

Over the last week my symptoms started turning episodic instead of 24/7 which is extremely welcome, and over the past couple days I felt a lot of improvement. Feeling pretty rough again this morning, but I think it will pass. Really hoping I'm turning a corner 🤞

I'm getting some good work done on this today, which is really an amazing feeling :)
