Perils of #WFH - by lunch I’d only walked 261 steps! 🤦🏽‍♀️ Luckily it was my afternoon off - a walk to the park with Arthur, a walk along the river & a walk with my Mum later, I’m up to nearly #15000Steps 😰 Feeling much better for it, very much needed for the #MentalHealth today 💚
