What a year for action films, my friends. TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS, KILL, BABY ASSASSINS 3, LIFE AFTER FIGHTING... There are still like 4-5 upcoming action movies this year that could potentially change the game... and THE SHADOW STRAYS is at the top of the list. Cannot wait.

EYE FOR AN EYE 2 is coming out on Blu-ray in France and I contributed a video essay (w/ the great Gokaiju on editing duties) where I break down an action scene shot by shot to better understand the directing/editing choices. A humbling, fascinating exercise. Should do it more ☺️
